This place is fantastic. I’ve gotten a variety of different services done here, and their prices beat every other German specialty auto shop in town. They’re also not constantly booked out like a certain other shop, but they should be!

I have been bringing my VW's to experior for about 6 years. Mike and Pablo have always treated me as one of their best customers. When the ECU of my golf got water damage, they facilitated getting a new one programmed and installed for me. They were kind enough to let me keep my car there for 6 months while it was getting taken care of. I will never take my cars anywhere else, and I tell everyone I can to give them a try. Mike liked me so much as a customer, he hired me to work for him. He's a really good guy that actually cares about you and your car more than how much money he can make off of you. Very rare these days. If he can handle a German car, he can handle whatever you bring.

Had an issue with my ignition on my Jetta. Mike diagnosed and replaced it within a day. Transparent with prices and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
